- 2-3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded (or cubed) and seasoned 1 (10.5 oz) can of Campbell’s cream of chicken with herbs
- 1 (12 oz) bag of frozen mixed veggies
- 1/2 cup of white rice
- 1 (8 oz) bag of cheddar cheese
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
- Cook the chicken any way you want (grill, boil, roast…).
- Boil water and cook the rice. (I would recommend rinsing the rice several times and adding 1 Tablespoon butter to the water).
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Shred or chop cooked chicken.
- Steam the bag of veggies
- Throw all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Grease the casserole dish and then put the contents of the bowl into the casserole pan.
- Bake the casserole in the oven for 10-15 minutes (until cheese is clearly melted).
