1 cup flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tbsp butter, room temperature
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups Guinness Extra Stout beer, room temperature, no foam
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9×13 pan. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, and cocoa powder until evenly combined.
In a double boiler over low heat, melt the butter, dark chocolate and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until it’s melted, then take it off the heat.
In a big bowl, beat the eggs and sugar on high speed until they are light and fluffy (about 3 minutes). Slowly add spoonfuls of the egg mixture to chocolate mixture to cool it off.
Add the flour mixture to the egg/chocolate mixture and beat until just combined. Whisk in the beer. Pour in chocolate chips and stir to combine. Pour it into the 9×13 pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Use the toothpick test to make sure they are done.
Cool them off before you cut them or it will be messy.
