1 garlic bulb for everyone at the table
Peel the skin away from the garlic bulb to leave just a few outer layers. Slice the top 1/4 inch off the garlic bulb. Fill each muffin cup 1/4 full with chicken broth, place the garlic bulb into the cups (sliced off side up), cover it with tin foil, and bake it at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Garlic will slide right out of the cloves to be spread on the sliced baguette. Sprinkle on some parmesan cheese, if you’d like. Parmesan adds deliciousness to just about anything.
